Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tk366 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tk366 website located at tk366.bio, including all associated services, products, content, and features made available through the Platform.

Your access to and continued use of tk366 — including browsing the site, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, or claiming any bonus or promotion — constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of tk366, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and any other persons who access the Platform in any capacity. Eligibility & Registration

tk366 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending resolution.

Age Verification: tk366 takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling very seriously. If at any point we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player does not meet the minimum age of 21, we will suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and void any bets or casino wagers placed during the relevant period pending a full investigation.

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tk366 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk366 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. tk366 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials or failed to notify us promptly upon becoming aware of a breach.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered, using your registered mobile number (Bangladesh SIM).
• Never access your tk366 account from shared or public devices where your credentials could be captured.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on mobile devices.
• Do not allow any other person to place bets or make transactions using your account.
• Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, bonus limits, or self-exclusion orders.

tk366 operates a strict one account per player policy. If duplicate accounts are identified, tk366 may at its sole discretion merge the accounts, suspend one or both accounts, void any bets placed across the duplicate accounts, and withhold associated balances pending investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on tk366 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Rules: You may only deposit funds from a payment account or bank account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from a payment account belonging to a third party — including family members, friends, or business associates — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, reversal of the deposit, and withholding of any winnings derived from deposited funds. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are as published on the deposit page within your tk366 account dashboard.

Withdrawal Rules: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account or bank account that is registered in the same name as your tk366 account. Before your first withdrawal is processed, tk366 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting copies of your National ID Card (NID) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests that pass all verification checks are typically processed within the timeframe displayed on the withdrawal page. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the receiving bank.

tk366 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds for suspecting fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms. In such cases, tk366 may request additional documentation before authorising the transaction.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and casino wagers placed on tk366 are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, game, or event at the time the bet is placed. General betting rules are published within the sportsbook and casino sections of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general rules and specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

• All bets are final once confirmed. tk366 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under the relevant sport or market rules.
• Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded (where the outcome is known prior to bet placement) will be voided and the stake returned.
• tk366 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error, system fault, or data feed error. In such cases, the stake will be returned in full.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per day. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport and market type.
• All live casino games — including roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and live game shows — use certified random number generators or physical equipment operated by professional dealers. Game results are final as displayed on screen.

Bonuses & Promotions

tk366 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms — including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (rollover), minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry dates — which are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

Wagering Requirements: Where a bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, the full wagering amount must be met before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bets placed on excluded games, live casino side bets, or markets with odds below the stated minimum will not count toward wagering requirements.

• Bonus abuse — including exploiting offers through the use of multiple accounts, low-risk hedging strategies, or coordinated play — is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to support immediately. tk366 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error, together with any winnings generated from it.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

tk366 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure betting environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, bet voidance, and potential permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or data feed delays to gain a systematic advantage — commonly known as "arbing" or "latency arbitrage".
• Colluding with other players or with any third party to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in poker, or coordinate betting patterns in a manner that constitutes fraud.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to tk366 staff or during any identity verification process.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward tk366 staff or other players via any communication channel.

Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, tk366 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account(s), void all affected bets, withhold associated winnings pending investigation, and share relevant data with appropriate authorities where required by law. Determinations made by tk366 in relation to fair play investigations are final and binding.

Privacy & Data

tk366 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by tk366 — including your name, date of birth, contact information, payment details, and betting history — is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve Platform services. tk366 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. Limitation of Liability

tk366 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network issues, or third-party service disruptions may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. tk366 is not liable for any losses incurred during periods of Platform unavailability.

Suspension & Termination

tk366 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A material breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• Identity verification requirements have not been met within the required timeframe.
• The account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming request has been submitted by the player.
• You may voluntarily close your tk366 account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Where an account is closed by tk366 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited in part or in full at tk366's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. tk366 will provide written notice of the reasons for closure where legally required to do so.

Amendments to Terms

tk366 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure. Minor or administrative changes (such as corrections of typographic errors, clarifications of existing policy, or updates to contact information) may be made without individual player notification.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tk366 operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market and complies with applicable obligations relevant to its operating structure. For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not constitute legal advice, and players with specific legal questions regarding their jurisdiction are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel.

Any disputes arising between a player and tk366 that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure published on the Platform at the relevant time. tk366's decisions on matters of game outcome, bet settlement, and fair play determination are final and not subject to external challenge except where required by applicable law.
